 We are so excited to announce our two new packages! The Ruby package is for the venue only (but so much more!) and the Emerald package is our semi-inclusive option. 

The Ruby Package

  • 12 hour location rental (*additional hours available for fee*)

  • 20,  9ft. Wooden farmhouse tables
  • Espresso-colored fruitwood folding chairs (2 sets – Ceremony & Reception)
  • 3, 6ft folding tables with black linens
  • Multiple outdoor locations for ceremony
  • Wine barrel cocktail tables
  • Outdoor bistro lighting and large cocktail hour area
  • Covered pavilion with massive limestone fireplace
  • Secluded bridal suite with full restroom
  • Groom’s cabin with full restroom and lounge
  • Catering prep kitchen
  • Indoor built-in bar & free-standing outdoor bar
  • Onsite parking
  • Onsite venue management
  • Outside vendors allowed
  • Bring in your own alcohol
  • 1 hour rehearsal (based upon availability)
  • 2-hour engagement/save the date session/bridal session (photographer/prints not included)

The Emerald Package

Everything included in the Ruby package PLUS

  • Wedding coordinator through RosePOP Parties (month of coordination included, $2500 value)
  • DJ through Premier Entertainment & Events, ceremony & reception ($1600+ value)
  • Bartenders (3) through Hill Country Event Staffing (for up to 150 guests; valued over $1000)
  • Floral Credit ($700) through Mai Flowers
  • 2 additional hours in the morning to get ready and decorate (14 hour location rental total)
  • Décor options- ivory runners, lanterns with battery operated candles, signs (ceremony & reception)

*Holidays are an additional $800.00 (New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day/Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/Easter)

*Sundays prior to Memorial Day/Labor Day, an additional $500.00 (applicable to both packages)

Helpful information (applicable to both packages):

  • Our max capacity is 200 guests
  • 12 or 14 hour time block is to include any and all set up and (1) hour for breakdown
  • Latest rental option is Noon to Midnight, with exit at 11 pm
  • Chair breakdown and clean up provided by full-service caterer or event staffing
  • Bring in your favorite caterer (Full Service preferred) or food trucks – Ask for our preferred vendor list (additional staffing may be required for caterers who are not full service)
  • Event coordinator required if you do not choose Emerald package– Choose from our preferred list or bring in an insured event coordinator of your own
  • Outside vendors must show proof of insurance
  • Security is required – Hays County Constable – ($200)
  • Event insurance must be provided prior to event – (average cost $125)
